Fabiana, balia a Corsico

Ciao! Sono Fabiana e ho 24 anni. Sono appena ritornata a Milano (Gennaio 2022) dopo aver passato 3 anni in USA come Au Pair. E' stata un'esperienza fantastica che mi ha permesso di crescere moltissimo a livello personale. Ho vissuto con tre famiglie diverse ed in totale mi sono presa cura di 7 bambini di eta' compresa tra i 5 e gli 11 anni. Ho passato moltissimo tempo con loro ed ho amato come ognuno di loro fosse diverso. E’ stato bellissimo vedere come i bambini, in modi diversi e tempi diversi, si siano legati a me e quanto io sia stata importante per loro. Per me e’ stato molto importare collaborare con i genitori e i bambini per poter creare un rapporto stretto ogni giorno sempre di più’, ed essere parte della loro crescita personale. Ogni famiglia era diversa ma generalmente la mia schedule e’ stata uguale con tutte loro: mi occupavo di dare la colazione ai bambini, aiutarli a prepararsi e accompagnarli a scuola; dopo scuola ero responsabile di andarli a prendere, aiutarli con i compiti o giocare con loro, dargli la cena e fargli il bagno. In più, aiutavo con qualche faccenda domestica leggera ed ero responsabile della lavanderia dei bambini. Ora, ritornata a Milano, vorrei poter continuare a fare quello che amavo! Occuparmi di altri bambini e perché’ no, insegnargli l’inglese!
Mi definisco una persona molto aperta, sensibile, empatica, puntuale e responsabile. Faccio sempre del mio meglio per far si che i bambini possano avere degli ottimi ricordi del tempo passato con me. Il mio goal come babysitter e’ di aver sempre a mente il miglior interesse dei bambini, essere certa che loro siano in sicurezza e che si divertano e imparino allo stesso tempo. Hi! I'm Fabiana, 24 years old from Milan IT. Almost three years ago I decided to move to the USA as an Au Pair. It's been the best decision of my life because I had a super fulfilling and amazing experience for many reasons: first of all, I loved taking care of the kids seeing our relationship growing a little more every day, getting to know them in fully and contributing to their grow. Second, I loved and still love United States so much and thanks to this experience I have known many different cultures, wonderful and very interesting people; all of this made me grow a lot and allowed me see the world from a completely amazing different perspective. Third, I improved my english a lot and found out that I love to speak English and I would love to keep getting better at it. I stayed in the US for 2 years and 7 months: the first year I was with a family in Washington DC, the second year I was with another family in a suburb of Chicago and for my last 7 months I stayed in the city of Chicago with my third family. I took care of 7 kids in total with ages between 5 y/o and 11 y/o. We spent a lot of time together and I loved how different they were, it's been amazing seeing how all of them in different ways and times got so attached to me and how much I meant to them. Each family was different but generally my schedule was pretty much the same with all of them: I was with the kids in the morning and responsible of helping them to get ready, giving them breakfast and driving them to school, then in the afternoon my duties were picking them up from school, helping them with homework or playing with them, giving them dinner and baths. Also, I was responsible of light housework and laundry.
Now, I just got back home (January 2022) and I would love to keep doing what I loved to do! I am a very open hearted, outgoing, sensitive and empathetic person, and I really do care about the people I'm with. Also, I'm very punctual and responsible. I go above and beyond to meet goals and I love helping others. I enjoy being part of a child’s growth. I do my best so the children I care for can have memories that they spent with me. I I feel the children are special and a joy to be around! My goal as a Nanny is to have the children’s best interest in mind, make sure the children are safe and having fun while also learning. Activities that I would like to incorporate in the daily plan for the family I care for would include arts & crafts, play dates, and a lot of outdoors activities.
