Hi there!

We are searching for a helping person who could take care and play with our daughter, Rory (14 months old now) at our house or outdoor, while we are working from home.

We would like to find someone who would be available from January till June/July 2022, 3 times during the week, during the mornings 10-13h (so about 9 hours per week).

Rory is a very cute, fun, cheerful girl, super-interactive, attentive, creative and curious. Our friends really really love her, she can gain your sympathy very easily. But she also needs time to get to know new people. She loves music and everything that make sounds, and she loves to move all the time.

We give a lot of free space and liberty to Rory generally in everything she does and everywhere. But we follow her with our attention all the time, we communicate to her, joke with her, engage her, let her play with simple household objects. She doesnt have thousands of toys, still she is playing all day long with various things (and mainly, with us). We try to put her into situations that give her new stimulus. Generally, we try to limit or stop her only when its really needed (not to create unnecessary frustration and boundaries...). We engage her in various sponatenous activities, and she herself is pretty creative and keeps herself busy all the time. She is very sociable and didnt reach the age in which she would like to play or be alone. I am writing all this because I think our choice would be on a person with whom we share our main approach with.

We would be glad if you speak to her in Italian because we speak English among each other. It is mainly, becaue I dont speak well Italian (sorry!), altough I understand it quite well. But I would like to ask you to please only apply to us if you dont have issues with having conversation in English.

But since you will be the first person with whom we will leave her sometimes alone (because grandparents and family members dont live in the city), this wont happen right at the beginning, we will be around, and would like to maintain a totally home-like and natural feeling for all of us including you, so that we all feel comfortable and we can have nice chats, do things together or next to each other, while our daily life is progressing.
