Parlo anche un po italiano, ma e più facile per me per spiegare que cercando in inglese:

We are a very happy, open, loving dutch family living in Italy with 2 handsome and sweet boys and a tough and smart little girl. We mostly need somebody who can offer these kids 2 loving arms, some spare kisses and fun in our sometimes hectic life.

We are: Marc, Judith, Sidney (9 years old), James (6 years old) and Savannah (3 years old). Added to that we have our old big hearted Labrador Charlie!

We are both pilots, but are (with small exceptions) always at home at night. Our work roster looks like this: We have a fixed roster of 5 days working and then 4 days free, 5 days working, 4 days free, etc. On top of the free days, we always take an extra day free to not work too much in the weekend. Also we try to get all holidays of the kids free from work, which most of time we get.

We have a preference request for early duties, so that means we often work early and need to leave home anywhere in between 0430 and 0530 and come home somewhere in the afternoon. But it is also possible we need to work on lates, even though the chance that we both work lates is very rare!

The children go to the european school, which means short days on monday (except Sidney), wednesday and friday and long days on tuesday and thursday. Most of the time one of us is already on time back home to pick up the kids from school. But obviously we can always have delays..

We have a cleaning lady, so we don't expect you to clean the house, just the normal household chores of the "mess" of the day.

As you might understand, during the working days we need a babysitter with a lot of flexibility as our job is not a standard office hours job and a lot can happen during the day. On the other hand, we have a lot of free days, way more than any other standard job.
