We are interested in getting a great baby sitter by the start of the month (also better if we can get it earlier). We have one kid, Janet of ages 4 years old. 10am-PM Estimating 50 hours/week could increase if needed to 45 hours/week. Must be comfortable with both parents working from home, we offering $36/hr
