Dear candidate,

We are looking for a full time, live-in nanny and housekeeper who speaks English.

I am half English, half French and my husband is Italian. We therefore speak a mixture of all 3 languages at home. We have 2 girls of 11 and 8 years and a boy of 18 months old. They are all at school or at nursery during the day.

We live in a house with a garden overlooking Lake Como in a beautiful village about 10-15 minutes away from the town of Como.

We both work full time although I am a lot more flexible and work some days from home.

We would need help with the following: collecting the kids from school, preparing tea and supper, giving the baby his bath, helping with homework (or at least making sure it is done), play, reading books etc.
We would also need someone to do the housework, washing and ironing and to help with the food shopping etc.

It is quite a busy job but you would of course get a good break in the middle of the day and we are a happy, kind and generous family to live with and work for. All our past nannies/housekeepers have become great friends of ours and the only reason we have had to part ways was due to us moving town or country.
