Looking for an English-speaking babysitter!
Hi! We are a family looking for a babysitter who speaks English for our two children (ages 3 and 6), available in the late afternoon.
📍 Location: Corso Trieste area (near Piazza Istria), Rome
🗓️ Fixed schedule (starting September 29, 2025)
Monday to Thursday, from 4:30/5:00 pm to 7:00/7:30 pm (exact times to be confirmed depending on after-school activities)
✨ Who we’re looking for
Someone who:
• Is a native English speaker, or who speaks fluently and exclusively in English with our kids
• Is reliable, caring, and empathetic
• Can handle very light household tasks, such as preparing simple dinners for the kids and tidying up their toys
Someone who also:
• Has a good level of Italian (just enough to understand and be understood)
• Wants to become part of our family, not just a temporary presence
• Has all legal documents in order, previous experience, and verifiable references
👨👩👧👦 Who we are
• Mom, dad, a nearly 6-year-old daughter (starting first grade this year), and a 3-year-old son (starting preschool this year)
• A warm and welcoming family
• Our kids are cheerful, kind, and will see you as a special aunt!
🎯 Main duties
• Drop off/pick up the kids from school and extracurricular activities
• Play with them and, if needed, help check their homework
• Assist with preparing dinner (nothing complicated!)
• Tidy up toys and help with the bedtime routine
• Carry out all these activities only in English
