I have 2 years of experience working with multilingual children ages 3 and 7, an infant and her 1.5-year-old sister, and occasional care for multiple kids in between.
Despite the fact that I am an engineering student, I know psychology and I'm familiar with gentle parenting; I am a very good observer and also a good communicator with children in order to understand their needs and provide them with things in a healthy way.
Also, according to my previous experience, the personalities of each child were so different from each other and required me to be very flexible to take care of them at the same time.
