We are:
Marc, the father of 44 years old
Judith, the mother of 37 years old Sidney, the sweet big brother of 7 years old
James, our little charmer of 3, 5 years old
And Savannah our adorable little girl of just 1 year old.
Added to that we have our big hearted Labrador dog Charlie of 10 years old!

We are Dutch and both pilots working from Milan Malpensa.

We are a very happy family and pretty easygoing. Honesty and open communication are very important to us. We would like you to be happy, so you can discuss everything with us. We believe, if our babysitter/nanny is happy, our kids are happy... ?

Our work routine looks like this:
We have a fixed roster. This means we work 5 days and are 4 days free (Judith always takes an extra free day per duty (or even 2)), than we work 5 days again and are 4 days free, etc. This way the free days are known already for the entire year. On the 17th of the month prior we know our exact working schedule for the month after, but this can always change last minute and/or we can always experience delays, so we need flexibility from you.

We have a preference request for early duties, so that means we "always" (with exceptions) leave very early in the morning (between 0430 and 0530) and come back somewhere in the afternoon.

Obviously the hours that we need you per month is very difficult to judge, but it is probably something in between 60-100 hours (less in the winter, more in the summer!).

Sidney and James go to school, but Savannah will for now stay at home till she is about 2 years old. The boys need to be brought to school by you and sometimes picked up as well, depending what time we get home!

In our household we want to keep a happy and positive upbringing style. We believe that “we” are the example for our children. So we never hit or scream, because we also don’t allow our children to do this. We do try to hug and laugh as much as we can though....?

We are searching for a very warm and caring woman who can offer our children some extra hugs and a safe environment for when we are both crossing the skies through Europe..... ?
