Who am I?
My name is Deniz, and I am a university student currently living in Trieste. I have always had a natural connection with children, and I truly enjoy being part of their daily lives, watching them grow, and creating a safe, warm and positive environment for them. Babysitting for me is not just a side job — it is something that makes me genuinely happy, because every child has their own personality, and it’s a joy to discover it and share time together.
What kind of babysitting am I looking for?
As a student, I am mainly looking for part-time babysitting opportunities that can fit around my university schedule. I am available in the evenings, during weekends, and also for occasional needs such as date nights or special events. I am flexible and open to adapting to the family’s needs, whether it’s regular weekly babysitting or occasional help.
My qualities as a babysitter
Families usually describe me as responsible, patient, and very reliable. I always try to create a calm and safe atmosphere where children feel comfortable and parents feel completely at ease leaving their child with me. I am also positive and creative, which helps me keep children engaged and happy. Another quality I bring is my language skills: I can communicate in English, which can be a nice addition for families who want their children to be exposed to a second language in a natural way.
My experience, games and activities
I have both international and local babysitting experience. From Turkey, I moved to Germany to take care of a 7-year-old boy, and I looked after him for 9 months. That experience was very special to me — I became part of his everyday routine, from helping with homework to playing games, and we built a very strong bond. I am still in touch with him and his family today. In Turkey, I also worked as an English-speaking babysitter and cared for 4 different children. I am proud to say that all of them loved me, and I remain in contact with them and their families.
When I babysit, I like to mix fun and learning. I enjoy reading stories, inventing creative games, helping with schoolwork, drawing, singing, and encouraging children to explore their own creativity. At the same time, I always make sure routines are followed — whether it’s meal times, bedtime, or homework — so that the child feels safe and structured. My goal is always to make children feel loved, safe and happy, while giving parents the peace of mind they deserve.
My rates reflect my previous experience both in Turkey and abroad. They include not only babysitting, but also playing creative and fun games with children and helping them with their daily routines such as meals and bedtime. For evening or weekend babysitting, I can also adapt to special family needs. I believe my rates are fair, considering the care, responsibility and positive energy I bring to each family.
