Menna, babysitting a Bologna

I am Menna, I’m pursuing my Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering in Bologna. I am a native English speaker. While I am originally Egyptian, I attended international schools where English was the primary language. I later earned my Bachelor's degree from the American University in Cairo.
Babysitting kids with special needs has shaped my views on this role and taught me values that extend to all kids. I believe that babysitting goes beyond ensuring kids’ safety and well-being. My role is to work with parents to ensure time is spent in a way that is aligned with what the kids should receive during that time. From learning a language, getting better at a sport, improving in talking to people, or simply spending a fun time. This of course is to be determined based on the parents’ vision and assessment for the child’s needs, and interests.

As a person, I’m patient, approachable, and deeply empathetic. Having been a sensitive child myself, I know how to pay attention to children’s needs even when they don't talk.

I can offer babysitting tailored to your family, and your child. I can perform a variety of indoor and outdoor activities with them, like taking them to parks and museums, biking, or playing games with them. I would also love to help tutor kids in English or any other school subject. In addition, I would be happy to help with chores.
