Been a mother of 3 helped me a lot to understand how to enjoy them more.
Organising homework –understand the English state/private school system.
Cooking healthy supper for the children, children to bed, bath times etc.
Always keep the kids arty and creative by giving them small ‘projects’ and helping with them.
Stay overnight if the parents are travelling.
Entertaining the children’s friends and organising playdates or afterschool activities.
Very good in dealing with social situations thanks to my great intuition!
MY PAST RESPONSIBILITIES ‘Parental Responsibility’
All the parent’s duties towards 3 children + Pets (cats -dogs -guinea pig -budges) for 20 years from my
personal experience and nanny experience.
AS A NANNY:I enjoy spending my time with children, very energetic and fun.
I show strong initiative and I can act as both a carer and companion to the children whilst developing a
friendly relationship with them.
But first and most important is the children’s safety.. and foremost!!
Along comes all the other important skills: trustworthy, respectful, responsible, flexible, patience and
very reserved.
