Tabitha, assistente familiare a Padova

Hello! My name is Tabitha Ng'ina pronounced as Nina, I recently relocated to Padua from Nairobi, Kenya.
I have dedicated my career and personal growth to the health, well-being, and development of children. I am a pediatric clinician and pediatric nurse with over 10 years of experience providing compassionate, evidence-based care in both clinical and caregiving settings. I work closely with children and their families to ensure that each child receives the attention, support, and guidance they need at every stage of development.
In addition to my clinical work, I have been a volunteer supporting children at local rural hospitals and cancer center in my hometown, offering emotional support, companionship, and comfort during challenging times. This experience has deepened my empathy and strengthened my ability to provide care tailored to children with complex needs.
I am also a certified Hatha, Vintasa and Yin yoga teacher, using mindfulness and movement to support physical health, emotional regulation, and resilience in clients.
Currently, I am pursuing a Master's in Applied child psychology at UNIPD, further enhancing my ability to understand child development, mental health, and therapeutic strategies. By integrating my clinical experience, volunteer work, yoga practice, and psychological training, I aim to provide holistic, compassionate care that nurtures children’s physical, emotional, and developmental well-being.
