Aylar, assistente familiare a Milano

Hello! My name is Aylar, and I’m 25 years old.
I’m currently a Master’s student in Psychology at the University of Milano-Bicocca, based in Milan. I have over 2.5 years of babysitting experience with children aged 2 to 9, and I genuinely enjoy creating a warm, calm, and playful environment where children feel safe and engaged.
I’m fluent in English (C1) and currently learning Italian (A2). Alongside babysitting, I have experience as an English teacher, working first with children and now also with adults. My background in psychology allows me to better understand children’s emotional needs and support their development through attentive communication and care.
In addition, I design educational games for children, and I love incorporating elements of gamification into everyday activities to make learning fun and meaningful.
