Hi, I'm Esther, 33 years old and originally from the Netherlands. I'm looking for a parttime or fulltime nanny job for between 20 and 40 hours. I'm a very active person, I love sports and being outdoors. I am also very creative and love crafting, dancing and singing. My background in Anthropology makes me an excellent researcher: I'm always looking for ways in which to get to know you better as a family and help the children develop into happy, healthy and emotionally intelligent kids with a good sense of adventure.
If you have an infant, I'm very interested in implementing the RIE method by Magda Gerber. I'm currently studying emotion coaching and believe it is very helpful to help children grow into emotionally intelligent human beings. I am also a big fan of being outdoors.
But I'm not one to impose my ideas on others. What I do with the children depends on what the children like doing, what the parents prefer and what is available. I can't wait to meet your family!
Ciao, sono Esther, ho 33 anni e sono Ollandese. Sto cercando un lavoro part-time/ o a tempo pieno tra 20 e 40 ore. Sono una persona molto attiva, mi piace fare sport e stare all'aperto. Sono anche molto creativo e mi piace tanto designare, ballare e cantare. Il mio background in Antropologia mi rende un eccellente ricercatrice: sono sempre alla ricerca di modi per conoscervi meglio come famiglia e aiutare i bambini a trasformarsi in bambini felici, sani ed emotivamente intelligenti con un buon senso dell'avventura.
Se avete bambini piccoli (0-2 anno), sono molto interessato all'implementazione del metodo RIE di Magda Gerber. Attualmente sto studiando 'emotion coaching' e credo che sia molto utile aiutare i bambini a crescere in esseri umani emotivamente intelligenti.
Ma non sono uno che impone le mie idee agli altri. Quello che faccio con i bambini dipende da cosa piace fare ai bambini, cosa preferiscono i genitori e cosa è disponibile. Non vedo l'ora di incontrare la tua famiglia!
