I am a compassionate and reliable caregiver with more than seven years of professional experience in providing high-quality home and social care. My work is rooted in a holistic approach to human development, supported by a Diploma in Holistic Development and my ongoing Bachelor’s studies in Humanities and Child Development.
I hold professional certifications in Home Care Assistance (2019) and First Aid & Trauma Management (2025), which ensure that I can provide safe, skilled, and attentive care in diverse situations. My hands-on experience includes working with organizations in Sri Lanka such as Kithu Sevana, Our Heart Like Flowers Foundation, and the SUNFO Global Federation Ministries, where I supported the elderly, coordinated daily care routines, managed medications, and designed activities to promote social and emotional well-being.
In addition to direct caregiving, I have gained strong leadership and organizational skills as a Project Manager for social development programs. This role allowed me to lead and train teams, manage resources, supervise budgets, and work closely with families, communities, and stakeholders to achieve meaningful outcomes.
My dedication to service has also been recognized internationally through roles such as National Advisory Coordinator of the Children’s Parliament for the UN Sustainable Development Goals in Sri Lanka and Ambassador for G20 Italy Cooperation under the SUNFO Global Federation, where I promoted sustainable development and mentored young leaders.
Fluent in English with a working knowledge of Italian, I adapt easily to multicultural environments and value clear communication with families and colleagues. I bring maturity, empathy, and professionalism to every role, with a genuine commitment to supporting the dignity, well-being, and independence of those I assist.
