My name is Carolina. But you can call me Carol. I'm 26 years- old brazilian girl.
Last year, I worked as an Au Pair in The Netherlands. It was such a great experience for me.
In relation to my personality, I consider myself a kind, caring and fun person. I am also an educated, respectful and I adapt easily to different environments. I have always challenged myself academically, professionally and personally, trying to do my best in different situations. I love being in large groups of people, seeing different cultures together and learning from them. I am a very hard worker who always tries my best and never gives up. I am very patient loyal to the people that I am close with and never like seeing anyone feel down. I love dancing, being in contact with nature, animals, spending time with my friends. My major qualities are calm, reliable, honest, adaptable, optimistic and friendly but also hardworking and my habilities are: Objectivity, strong work ethic instead, determination, patience, creativity, experience with kids as a teacher, personal relationship skill and ability to teamwork.
I can say something about my current hobbies which are both related to my past and childhood that is dancing. I started doing when I was a kid, I joined the children's choir when I was 8 and was there until now. I have had many shows, performances, concerts, even musicals so this really had a big and positive impact on childhood which brought a tremendous joy into my life. I love dancing, I have been dancing for 16 years, all kinds of dancing. I'm a dance teacher for all ages, specially I prefer working with kids.
I had recently graduated at Physical Education. I like going out, meeting new people, making new friends, traveling a lot.
I had the experience 3 years ago at working in EUA. I worked at Universal Studios Orlando, at the Wizarding World Of Harry Potter. A dream really became true for me, and It was a amazing and incomparable experience. Unfortunately, it was just for 3 months and now I'm looking for a program that I could spend more time in another country.
When it comes to child care experience, as part of my university studies in major in Physical education, I spent 5 years giving classes to children aged between 2 to 17 years. I also organized for them and took part in recreational indoor and outdoor activities: we sang, danced, played games, role played, drew, painted, and narrated stories. I can comfortably say that I sincerely enjoy spending time with children.
About my family: My parents, Marisa (50) and Luis Guilherme (52) are now divorced, after being married for almost 15 years. I was already grown when they separated, but I can’t say it was super easy. But with time I learned it was for the best, today we all get along very well and they are friends. I’ve been living with my mother in a city called Florianopolis for 8 years, where my mother’s family lives. She works with my uncle in his office. He has his own company, selling and importing fans for cars. My father is a manager (salles representative) in a company of Layettes. He travels a lot around the country and he lives in another city/state. Whenever possible, he comes to visit me. I don’t have sister or brother but I was responsible with my cousins.

As far as preferences are concerned, I am looking for a live-in arrangement with a host family, that would be happy to have me stay with and work for them for at least 6 months. I would also prefer looking after children aged between 6 months to 12 years. Lastly, although I am quite flexible, I would prefer to have working hours that would allow me to attend day time with some classes. However, I am ready to broaden my life experience by becoming an au pair, traveling to new places and expanding my knowledge of other cultures.

After graduating from univesity, I still have not found what I love to do for the rest of my life. I have decided to take a break from my job/studies to get a new life experience.
I am looking for a live-in arrangement with a host family, who would be happy to have me stay and work with them for at least a year.
I would like to be an au pair to gain the experience of traveling to a new country as well as working children. Gaining knowledge from a new culture is always fun and exciting, as well as meeting new people and trying new things.
